Playwright 1.60.0 Release Updates
Version 1.60.0 of Playwright has been released on May 11, 2026 and introduced a few compatibility issues with Currents. We recommend using the latest compatible version of Playwright (1.59.x) or use the `beta` version of Currents (`npm install @currents/playwright@beta`).

- We have released a beta version of Currents that restires the compatibility with Playwright 1.60.0
npm install @currents/playwright@beta. We are still testing it with our customers and will release a stable version shortly.

- Version 1.60.0 of Playwright introduced a few compatibility issues that temporary broke integration with Currents. Specifically, a couple of internal configuration items that were used by Currents were removed.
- We have identified the issues and have been working on restoring full compatibility. We will release a new version of Currents that will restore compatibility with Playwright 1.60.0 shortly.
